Design concepts and quotations are provided based on your inputs, budget, and preferences.
Bookings for production and installation require written confirmation and deposit.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement.
Payment may be made via bank transfer, card, or other approved methods.
Certain projects may require advance payment or milestone-based installments.

4. Delivery & Installation

All projects are delivered within the agreed timeline (typically 4–6 weeks).
Delivery and installation dates will be coordinated based on site readiness.
Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the site and providing accurate delivery details.

5. Warranty

All Armadio design closets products come with a 10-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and structural integrity.
This warranty does not cover misuse, water damage, or alterations made by third parties.

6. After-Sales Support

We provide after-sales support and troubleshooting. Any issues post-installation will be addressed within 24 hours of reporting.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

8. Liability

Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)

10. Governing Law
